South America always has great potential. The instability of institutions and economics plays havoc with people's lives.

I really loved Uruguay! If I had the money, I'd would not have a problem to live there! It is one of the nicest places in S. America . . .

Things sure have changed Barbara since 1974. My last time in Uruguay.
